I purchased a Dell laptop that has Cyberlink PowerDVD DX installed on it. I have tried several times to play DVD's on it, but can not. Every time I put in a DVD it tells me the DVD's region code does not match my DVD players code. Then asks if I want to change or keep my players code. I just ran the online update and tried again with two different DVD's and got the same thing. What do I do know? Thanks.
